- There is an extensive range of colors and patterns. Unlike slabs of granite and marble, for instance, quartz is a manufactured product so there is control over colors and designs. With natural stone, no two slabs are the same. However, with quartz duplicating a surface with a unique pattern or color can be achieved. Also, colors and patterns can accommodate a wide range of preferences.
- Quartz is one of the strongest materials we offer. While quartz itself is a naturally occurring mineral, to create a quartz slab, the mineral is crushed and then mixed with pigments and resins, binding the material together. Once this is done, the surface becomes almost entirely nonporous, making it stain-resistant, scratch-resistant, chip-resistant, and extremely durable overall.
- Maintenance is simple. Isn’t this something everyone loves to hear?! Because quartz is non-porous, it does not need to be sealed, so you can erase that from your routine to-do list. The best way to clean quartz is with a soft cloth, soap, and water. Sometimes if you need a little extra oomph, use a pH-balanced cleanser and water to wipe clean. Check out the Quartz section on our “Care and Maintenance” page for more information on maintaining your quartz slab.

- Vallejo Gold: a creamy white quartz with a striking veining that varies in width, displaying a warm soft gold color with a touch of grey and light gold mottling throughout. The variety in thicknesses and patterning of the veining gives Vallejo Gold the look of a natural marble.
- Vallejo Grey: Vallejo Grey is very similar to its gold counterpart, Vallejo Gold. With a creamy white background and undulating vein patterning, the coloring varies from wide to fine in a taupe grey with a touch of gold and grey/gold mottling throughout. Again, because of the pattern and veining, the look of natural marble is present.
- Altais White: This is a light quartz, an off-white, with fine grey veining. The veining runs diagonally across this quartz, sometimes bolder in areas, allowing it to mimic natural stone.

- Serene: Serene is a white quartz with bold gold detail and dark grey outlining. While similar to the Vallejo options, this presents a more subdued pattern.
- Statuary Nebula: This is a creamy white quartz with fine grey veins. Its gentle appearance will highlight a surface while making a subtle statement.
- Cortona Gold: A bolder option that makes a stunning statement, Cortona Gold radiates with its creamy white background, thin grey, and vibrant golden-brown veins, with areas of mottled grey and brown.
- Ridge: Ridge presents a marvelous cascading pattern that provides a natural look stemming from its bold grey detailing with accents of blue and gold.
Quartz Checks All the Boxes
It’s quite common for quartz to mimic natural stone, like marble. An advantage of this is the limited maintenance required for quartz versus any natural stone. Della Terra Quartz is truly a blend between nature and technology and graces us with a color-controlled, ultra-durable surface. If you’re looking for white quartz countertops, these seven new products have much to offer. In addition to looking amazing, our Della Terra Quartz includes a 15-year residential warranty, and a 10-year commercial warranty.
If it sounds like all the above factors are a necessity for the space you’re designing, it’s easy to see that quartz checks off all the boxes. Durability and low maintenance are two important factors, along with the plentiful color and design options. Offering new products is something we enjoy here at Arizona Tile. We want to provide customers with exceptional products, like our exclusive Della Terra Quartz, so you can make a confident decision for all your slab and tile needs.
